By accessing or using any Velzorix product or service — including velzorix.in, player.velzorix.in (VZX Player), vzxrewards.velzorix.in (VZX Rewards), or any other Velzorix-operated platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our products or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Velzorix provides the following products and services:

**VZX Player:** A media player application for Android, Android TV, and Amazon Fire TV. VZX Player enables users to play media content from their own provided playlists and sources.

**VZX Rewards:** A digital reward and earning ecosystem enabling users to earn rewards through task completion and referral programs.

**Velzorix Website (velzorix.in):** The official Velzorix brand and product information website.

Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

VZX Player is a media player application — a software tool for playing media content. It is technically analogous to applications such as VLC Media Player, MX Player, or Infuse.

**Critical Statement: VZX Player does not host, provide, stream, distribute, or facilitate access to any media content, channels, streams, or playlists.** The application provides playback infrastructure only.

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for:

Velzorix expressly disclaims any responsibility for content accessed through user-provided playlists. Accessing unauthorized, pirated, or unlicensed content through any media player — including VZX Player — may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Velzorix does not condone, encourage, or facilitate such use.

By participating in VZX Rewards, you agree to the following:

**Eligibility:** VZX Rewards is available to users who meet the minimum age requirements in their jurisdiction (generally 18+, or 13+ with parental consent where applicable).

**Prohibited Conduct:** The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

**Reward Availability:** Reward payouts are subject to availability, minimum thresholds, and verification. Velzorix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate reward programs at any time.

**Account Termination:** Velzorix reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms, with or without prior notice, and to forfeit any pending rewards.

You agree to use Velzorix products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

All Velzorix products, software, design, branding, trademarks, and content published on our platforms are the intellectual property of Velzorix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Velzorix intellectual property without explicit written permission.

The Velzorix name, logo, "VZX Player," "VZX Rewards," "VZX Studio," and "AI Labs" brand identifiers are proprietary to Velzorix.

Velzorix products and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Velzorix expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velzorix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

This includes, without limitation:

In no event shall Velzorix's total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for access to the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Velzorix products integrate with third-party services including Google Firebase, Cloudflare, Vercel, and advertising partners. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Velzorix is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services linked to or integrated with our products.

Velzorix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to velzorix.in/terms. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear such matters.
